The Kanizsa Lecture is a public event organized by the Department of Life Sciences of the University of Trieste, to celebrate the founder of the Trieste school of experimental psychology. The first edition goes back to 1993, the year of Kanizsa’s death. The lecture is annual and is delivered by a distinguished scholar, active in the fields of perception and cognition. Disk is the artwork utilized to advertise the Kanizsa Lecture.
